Property description
The Farmhouse sleeps 4 in 2 first floor bedrooms: one double with a four poster bed and one twin room. The bathroom has a bath with electric shower and screen, WC and basin. On the ground floor is a comfortable sitting room with exposed oak beams and an inglenook fireplace housing a wood burning stove. There are two 2 seater leather sofas, a TV and radio/CD player. The dining table seats 4 and has a view out on to The Farmhouse’s private garden area. The well-equipped kitchen has an electric cooker, dishwasher and fridge/freezer.
Electricity and oil central heating is included. The first bucket of fuel for the stove is provided, thereafter it is available at £3 per load. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. Bed linen is provided but please bring your own bedding for the cot. Please bring your own towels. Towels can be provided on request for £3 per set of one bath towel + one hand towel. Use of a washing facility is available on request at a charge of £5, which includes drying. There is parking for one car. One well-behaved pet is welcome but must not be left alone in the cottage. There is no smoking permitted in the cottage.

The balance should be paid 6 weeks before the start of your holiday, we will send you an email with this information and confirmation of your reservation. For payments by cheque please request this through the booking inquiry link on the bookings page.
